Our automated appointment scheduler collects payment at the time the appointment is set and accepts all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. Upon completion of the appointment-setting process, you will be emailed a confirmation notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the consultation, the fee is refundable minus a $25 administration cost.
